Carleton Hart Architecture was commissioned to assist in the creation of a second inter-generational community for Bridge Meadows. Programmatically, Bridge Meadows Beaverton is modeled after Bridge Meadows in Portland. With a total of 41 units, the complex includes nine family townhomes, and 32 apartments for elders.

The site layout creates an internal courtyard for the community while presenting delineated boundaries on the street-facing facades. A stand-alone community building contains community spaces, property management offices, and resident services that include counseling offices.
