Stark St

Our study of this 52,500 sf mixed-use building adds nine floors of new condominium development above an existing two story commercial building. As a catalyst development in downtown Portland’s “West End”, this project brings new vitality to a thriving entertainment district, as well as bridges the gap between downtown housing and the Pearl District.
