A 119 unit, mixed-use senior affordable housing facility designed to meet the needs of an elderly population. A minimum of 20% of the residents are at or below 50% of median area income. The four-story facility incorporates studio, one and two bedroom units, as well as community spaces and services. The ground floor consists of Target, Safeway, restaurants, and other storefront retail spaces along with a secured parking for residents living above. The building is located on the MAX line for easy transport to other services.
