Persimmon Country Club Community

Since 1995, CHA has worked with Persimmon Country Club to complete several buildings on their master plan.

• The clubhouse renovation and expansion includes upgrades to the gift and sports retail shops. New interior finishes and furniture reflect a rich northwest style and a new grand gable space captures dramatic views of Mt. Hood.
• In response to the growing membership of the Country Club, we designed a main floor 17,000 sf banquet space that is dividable into three separate spaces, and a lower floor that accommodates new corporate offices and an expanded kitchen facility, which also serves the Clubhouse restaurant.
• A new swim and tennis center provides Club members with a Junior Olympic size swimming pool, two tennis courts, locker rooms, snack bar, recreation room and arcade, pro shop and attendant area, lounge and spas.
• A new driving range facility is adjacent to the short game area and putting green, and swim and tennis center.
• A new two-story maintenance facility accommodates eight loading bays, lunch room, locker room, parts and storage rooms, welding area, chemical fertilizer bay and offices.
• A new concessionaire stand includes two restrooms, a small storage area, and a food warming and service area.
