CHA designs spaces for recreation and enjoyment that contribute to healthy lifestyles. Gyms, pools, community gathering areas, golf courses all provide venues for human interaction and activities to stimulate minds and build healthy bodies.
Since 1995, CHA has worked with Persimmon Country Club to complete several buildings on their master plan.
The Woodburn community has a tremendous need for spaces that two Community Centers would offer. The City is rich in cultural and age diversity that lends itself well to hosting a wide range of functions accommodating a variety of users.
Portland Parks and Recreation commissioned CHA for the first two phases of this community building.
A careful review of Papago Park golf operations reveals a “jewel of the west” regarding a unique southwest golfing experience. Established in 1962, Papago Park was a spectacular golf layout that integrates the southwest landscape with the talented design of a respected golf course architect, William F. Bell. Since that time there’s been incredible activity where the public has been witness to one of the finest municipal courses built in the United States. The purpose of this development effort is to renew and revitalize Papago Park and to return the course to its finest hour.
