CHA initially worked with this client to explore remodeling and expanding an existing two-story motel in Wilsonville, Oregon. After identifying the architectural, structural, and operational challenges of renovation, Carleton Hart recommended complete replacement. Several branding options were explored during the design stage. The client selected Hilton’s Garden Inn brand for the upscale amenities and flexibility to accommodate unique local design. The new 118-unit Hilton Garden Inn is four stories with an indoor pool, 40-seat restaurant, 50-seat lounge bar, conference center, and all new site improvements. The project was completed in 2020.
