This project will provide 116 new units with a focus on workforce and family housing in the Basalt Creek area of southeast Tualatin. The site, located at 23500 and 23550 SW Boones Ferry Road will have three buildings in total: two similarly designed residential buildings and a community building, along with surface parking, covered parking, and outdoor play areas and landscaped areas. The residential buildings are planned with a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units.
