Luckenbill-Drayton Associated with Klamath Housing Authority

Sky Meadows was developed through the collaborative effort between Klamath Housing Authority and a private developer in Southern Oregon. Sky Meadows is a scattered site project with three locations of new construction in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Sky Meadows Apartments included 37 new one, two and three-bedroom units as well as community space, play area and community garden. While the area near the site is primarily residential, the immediate surroundings is a field with mountain views. Carleton Hart Architecture designed the site to create an internal community with a courtyard setting and large porches opening up to the green space. The design incorporates the language of early-20th century bungalows that are prevalent in the surrounding area of the site.

The project also included a new triplex building with (2) three-bedroom units and (1) two-bedroom unit on a steeply sloped site location near downtown Klamath Falls. Additionally, Carleton Hart Architecture designed a three-bedroom single family home with front and back patios and custom built-in cabinetry.
